Casino Display is the new name of the former Konschthaus Beim Engel gallery. Since February 2021, the place is an integral part of the Casino Luxembourg programming, and aims to be a platform for orientation, exchange, work and research with art schools from the Greater Region, whose goal is to promote and support very young creation. The main idea of ​​the Casino Display is not to turn it into a new exhibition space. Meetings with the public and visits to ongoing or completed projects can obviously take place, but on an ad hoc basis.

For its first public presentation, the Casino Display invites visitors to see the results of a four-day workshop as part of a research work developed by the École Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine - ÉSAL around of the book object.

Have you ever looked at a book? Really? Yes, its cover, obviously. What about its back? The one that winks in your library. Maybe you read the preface, not sure. But the text, yes, probably, already. The footnote, the paper, the pagination, the half title, the imprint, the typeface, spaces and counterforms ...  All these little elements that make the text present, that guide your perception?

We took a closer look. And there is still so much to see!
